Demand for classes is very high and spaces fill quickly. Refunds will be granted only for students who withdraw or transfer classes at least ten days prior to the first day of class.

Class Attendance

It is important to attend all of the class sessions for the class you are registered. It is not possible to take class time to give individual attention to teams that are absent for prior class sessions. If your dog is ever unable to attend class, you should attend the class without your dog. This will give you the benefit of the class instruction for you to work with your dog at home so that you don’t miss important material covered in the session.

Group classes may not be suitable for all dogs. Our classes are designed for dogs and puppies that are friendly to other dogs and people. Dogs that are not comfortable with people or other dogs should be scheduled for private training sessions. If your dog show aggression toward people or other dogs, or is disruptive to the class, (s)he may be dismissed from class and no refund will be granted. If you have questions or concerns about whether your dog is suitable fora group class, please contact us BEFORE REGISTERING.

Your dog must meet the age requirements and prerequisites for the class in which they enroll. Instructor approval may be required in some situations. Your dog music be current on vaccinations as recommended by your veterinarian. If you have a female dog in heat, you may bring her to class if in panties.
